My Name is Jose Fernandez. I was born and rised in New York City, Then Moved to Jersey City, NJ and now live in the lovely Poconos in PA  now for about 11 years. This is a Family owned and operated business. I would like to thank my lovely wife for all the support and encouragement she has given me with this business and web site. I would also like to thank my youngest son for the naming of the business :
